Directions to Burnt Chimney Auction House

From Interstate I 81, take exit 143 - I 581 south (220 South) through Roanoke and Boones Mill. Continue past Boones Mill on 220 South for Approx. 4.5 miles to route Wirtz Road (697). (Dairy Queen & Exxon Station on the left. Turn left on Wirtz Road (697). Follow Wirtz Rd. (697) for approx. 5 miles to stop sign. At the stop sign turn left on to route 122 North. Go about 1 mile to Burnt Chimney; turn Left on route 116 (Jubal Early Hwy) Go approx. 1 mile Burnt Chimney Auction is on the Right. 

From Rocky Mount: Take 40 East, turn LEFT onto Rt. 122 go until you get to Rt. 116 in Burnt Chimney, turn LEFT and it is 3/4 mile on RIGHT 

From Smith Mountain Lake (West Lake Area): Take Rt. 122 into Burnt Chimney, turn RIGHT onto Rt. 116, it is 3/4 mile on RIGHT 

From Smith Mountain Lake (Penhook and Glade Hill Area): Take 40 EAST, turn LEFT onto Rt. 122 go until you get to Rt. 116 in Burnt Chimney, turn LEFT and it is 3/4 mile on RIGHT

From Bedford: Take Rt. 122 all the way through Moneta and the Westlake Area on into Burnt Chimney, (Near the Rescue Squad) turn RIGHT onto Rt. 116, it is 3/4 mile on RIGHT

From Roanoke:  Take Rt. 116 from Roanoke 13 miles. Watch for Signs. The auction house will be on the LEFT. If you come to the intersection of Rt. 116 and Rt. 122 you have gone too far. Turn around and it is 3/4 mile on RIGHT Or Follow Directions from Interstate I-81 Above
